I am interested in using modelling approaches to tackle questions in population dynamics and community structures. I am currently studying Ixodes scapularis ticks and the Borrelia bacteria they carry. I am working to evaluate how host community composition affects tick disease dynamics. I will use this to create and compare tick population models that predict Borrelia prevalence. I did my undergrad at the University of Toronto studying EEB, math, and computer science.
